NBA -- Knicks trip Raptors, win back-to-back
By Ben Paz PhilBoxing.com Mon, 02 Mar 2015

NEW YORK -- With All-Star point guard Kyle Lowry taking the night off to rest, the New York Knicks beat Toronto Raptors, 103-98, on Saturday night at Madison Square Garden.
It was the second win in a row for the Knicks, who beat the Pistons, 121-115, in Detroit last Friday night.
Tim Hardaway Jr. carried the Knicks with 22 points, 18 of which he drilled in the opening half. Andrea Bargnani had 19 points while Alexey Shved added 15 off the bench.
?We didn?t give up and we competed each minute? said Hardaway Jr. after the game.
The Raptors had a balanced offense with six players scoring in double figures. Lou Williams led the way with 22 points. Jonas Valanciunas scored 16 points and grabbed 8 rebounds, while Greivis Vasquez chipped in 14 points.
?It is a collective thing. We are going to solve this together. We are not going to point fingers. Now we have to show what we are made of,? said Greivis Vasquez on the losing streak.
Toronto travels to face the 76ers in Philadelphia on Monday while the Knicks host the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday night. (BP)
