NBA -- Clips hand Grizzlies rare home loss
By Mohan Labra Ramchandani PhilBoxing.com Sun, 01 Mar 2015

LOS ANGELES -- With four of five starters scoring in double figures, the Los Angeles Clippers stunned the Memphis Grizzlies, 97-79, on Friday night at the FedEx Forum.
Chris Paul orchestrated the Clippers onslaught with 18 points and 13 assists while J.J. Redick added 18 on 6-for-12 shooting. DeAndre Jordan controlled the boards with 22 rebounds and 15 points, while Matt Barnes pitched in for 13.
It was a solid effort for the Clips, who made 36 of 78 shots,, including 9-of-26 from long distance. But their defense was mighty impressive, holding the Grizzlies to just 37.9 percent at the FedEx Forum where they are 23-6 for the season.
"We've been saying all year, it's all about being consistent. We have spurts like this where we defend. We have to go (to Chicago on Sunday) with the same mindset and don't let this be a one-game thing," Paul told ESPN after the game.
With their fifth win in 10 games, the Clips improved to 38-21, including a 15-13 record away from home. The Clips are currently in sixth place in the Western Conference, on pace the face the third-ranked Houston Rockets in the opening round of the playoffs.
Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol finished with 20 and 11 points, respectively. But no other Grizzly scored in double figures and Memphis made only three of 12 triples and missed five of 15 free throws.
