NBA- Ex-PBA import shines in Pacers win over Bucks
By Hector Posa PhilBoxing.com Sat, 03 Jan 2015

MILWAUKEE -- Former Ginebra Kings import Donald Sloan had his finger prints all over the Indiana Pacers' 94-91 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday night at the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
The 6-foot-3 Sloan, who played in the PBA in 2011, recorded 10 points, eight rebounds and six assists. He logged 30 minutes of action and made four of 11 shots.
"Our goal is trying to make the playoffs," Sloan told PhilBoxing after Indiana improved to 13-21, just 1.5 games behind the 14-19 Miami Heat for the 8th and last playoffs berth in the Eastern Conference.
Pacers reserve C.J. Miles sank six 3-pointers to finish with a game-high 22 points while 7-foot-2 center Roy Hibbert imposed his size in the paint with 18 points and seven boards. Luis Scola registered 14 and five rebounds for Indiana and Rodney Stuckey added 11.
After a hot start that gave them a 53-46 halftime lead, the Bucks turned cold in the second half and was held to only 15 third quarter points. John Henson tallied 14 points and 10 boards and Zaza Pachulia finished with 12 and 14 boards. Khris Middlteton and O.J. Mayo combined for 21 points for Milwaukee, which shot 38 of 89 from the field.
Milwaukee fell to 17-17, sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings. (HP)
