McAllen, Texas--Veteran referee Laurence Cole has been appointed by the World Boxing Organization to referee tomorrow's 12-round tiff between Juan Manuel Marquez and the Philippine's Jimrex Jaca.

HIDALGO, TEXAS--Jimrex Jaca weighed in at 124.25 lbs during a trial weigh-in five hours before today's scheduled weigh-in at the Wyndham Hotel here.
