Big Boxing Card in Taguig tomorrow PhilBoxing.com Fri, 25 Jun 2010 Taguig City will be the venue of a boxing event tomorrow, June 26, billed as ?NEW PROSPECTS III? totalling to 82 exciting rounds of the sweet science. Headlining the event will be two undefeated fighters facing separate opponents in 10-round contests served as acid tests in their young and promising careers. Bantamweight Dennis Tubieron (4W-0L-1KO) of Ariscon Boxing Stable of Muntinlupa City will risk his clean slate against 43-fight veteran Noel Sungahid of Planet Jupiter Gym, Makati City. Light Flyweight Jason Canoy (5W-0L-4 Kos) of Omega Boxing Gym of Cebu City will square off against John Rey Loreto. This will be Canoy?s first fight outside Cebu City. 3 other undefeated fighters will face dangerous opponents. Froilan Saludar (6W-0L-3KOs) of Top Contenders Gym, Bacoor Cavite will figure in an 8-round Light Flyweight battle versus Brian Diano of Highland Gym, La Trinidad, Benguet. Saludar?s stablemate Adonis Cabalquinto (2W-0L-2KOs) will exchange leathers with Frederick Pontines of Jaro Boxing Gym of Binangonan, Rizal in a ?heavy? light welterweight contest schedule at 6 rounds. Yraola Boxing Gym?s Edward Penerio (5W-0L-4KOs) will fight Jaro Boxing Gym?s Rex Tito for 6 rounds at the Light Flyweight category. Completing the 9-fight boxing event are the following exciting fights, who may steal the show, are: Rodney Rafols vs. Charlie Angel (8 rounds) (Superbantamweights) Aljohn Sabel vs. TBA (6 rounds) (Superbantamweights) Carlo Suelo vs. Jaymar Bautista (4 rounds) (Superbantamweights) Angelo Marcial vs. Dodoy Alaformina (minimumweights) The first punch will be thrown at 7:00 pm.
