Philboxing.com Covers Pacman Bday, Daughter Baptism!

GENERAL SANTOS CITY--Philboxing.com's Dong Secuya and Salven Lagumbay have landed in the country's tuna capital as they cover today's birthday celebration of Filipino hero Manny Pacquiao, as well as the baptismal of daughter Mary Divine Grace today at the Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage church.
The duo have been invited by Pacquiao as friends, and will cover all events up for today.
The formal blessing of the Pacman's multi-million mansion also takes place today, as well as the victory party of Pacquiao's third-round demolition over Erik Morales last November 18 in Las Vegas.
Also up for today's schedule is the opening day of the Manny Pacquiao Cup, a tournament for the country's rising amateur fighters.
Cris Aquino, the official flag-bearer of Team Pacquiao, is also in attendance.
Also present are Pacquiao's trainer Freddie Roach and assistant Billy Hussein, as well as Pacquiao's manager Shelly Finkel, who all flew in from the US just to attend the event.
Rex 'Wakee' Salud, whom Roach said is now with his camp, is also present to join today's activities.
The country's top television outfits like ABS-CBN, GMA and Solar Sports are well-represented in today's major schedule. Also represented is boxing website Boxingconfidential.com, which will chronicle the activities of today's festivities.
