KAUNAS, LITHUANIA (December 13, 2024) – Reigning, undefeated WBA welterweight champion Eimantas Stanionis (15-0, 9 KOs) is poised for a monumental 2025 as he aims to defend his title multiple times and unify the welterweight division. Known for his relentless, fan-friendly fighting style, Stanionis has become one of the most feared champions in boxing, yet his name often goes unmentioned in discussions about the sport’s elite.
With an aggressive, throwback style that has endeared him to boxing fans worldwide, Stanionis remains focused on proving he’s the best in the division. “I’m ready to make 2025 the biggest year of my career,” said Stanionis, who fights under the Premier Boxing Champions banner. “My goal is to defend my WBA title at least three times and unify with all the other world champions. I want to prove I’m the best in the division, and I’m willing to face anyone to make that happen. Every day, I’m putting in the work here in Lithuania. The cold weather and tough conditions keep me sharp and focused. I’m preparing for a big fight announcement, and when the time comes, I’ll be ready to put on a show for the fans.”
