MUHAMMAD ALI HUMANITARIAN AWARDS TO BE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 17

One of the most beloved humanitarians of our time, Muhammad Ali, who passed away not too long ago, will be remembered in the Muhammad Ali Humanitarian Awards on September 17.
We who served as liaison officer for Ali during the famed ?Thrilla in Manila? in 1975 have been informed that the national correspondent on NBC News TODAY and anchor on MSNBC, Craig Melvin, will host the Fourth Annual Muhammad Ali Humanitarian Awards in Louisville, Kentucky at the Marriot Louisville Downtown.
In addition to the seasoned humanitarian awardees to be announced soon, six young people from around the world, age 30 years or younger, will be honored to shine a light on their innovative humanitarian work.
An announcement indicated that ?each of these young adults will receive an award that mirrors one of Muhammad Ali?s six core principles ? confidence, conviction, dedication, giving respect and spirituality which aligns with their respective fields of work.?
