LAS VEGAS ? The WBO executive committee and the WBO boxing officials buckled down to work Wednesday during the 3rd day of the 27th WBO annual convention held at the Caesars Palace Hotel here. The executive committee discussed and approved the drafting of a proposed amendment to the Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act in the morning and had the rules meeting in the afternoon. In the adjacent conference room, a veritable who's who of boxing referees and judges attended the jampacked boxing officials seminar that tackled highly technical issues as well as the licensing of the officials from the Association of Boxing Commissions (ABC).

Following is a photo-journal of the day's event.
