The latest GAB ratings are now available, and as always, Philboxing.com is the first to share it to the readers.
In the latest ratings for February, former Oriental and Pacific Boxing Federation super-featherweight boss Randy "Komong Bato" Suico has been adjudged as the Boxer of the Month for February by the Games and Amusements Board, courtesy of his sterling fourth-round annihilation of Japanese Ryuhei Sugita last February 5 in defense of his OPBF title.

Right after the fight, Suico relinquished the title citing weight problems, and is now in line to challenge OPBF lightweight king Chikashi Inada sometime in May.
Meanwhile, former RP bantam champ Johnny Lear has apparently recovered lost ground as he is now ranked no. 1 bantam challenger in line to challenge RP champ Michael Domingo.
Lear, who many thought would retire following losses here and abroad, silently inched his way back into the top by actively fighting under new manager Charlie Gamboa of Manila.
