3rd APM Developmental Open chess at Damosa on March 23

DAVAO CITY – The 3rd APM Developmental Open chess tournament will be held on March 23 at the Damosa Market Basket in Lanang.

This is organized by the APM Mindanao Chessmates 2.0.

The format is 6.0 Swiss System with time control of 15 minutes plus 2 seconds increment.

The champion will win P3,000 while the 2nd will pocket P2,000. The 3rd will get P1,000, 4th P700 and 5th P500. The 6th up to 10th will each get P300.

The top female player will get P500 while the runner-up will win P300. The top three winners in the under 15 will receive P1,000 for 1st, P500 for 2nd and P300 for 3rd.

Registration fee is P300 and P200 for under 15 (born 2009 or after).
