DAVAO CITY (July 26) – World Boxing Council world bantamweight champion Reymart “Assassin” Gaballo (24W-0L, 20KOs) and three others will leave today for Miami, Florida in United States.
Also leaving for a boxing schedule on Aug. 20 at the Airport Hilton in Miami are super bantamweight Mike “Magic” Plania (25W-1L-0D, 12KOs), lightweight Romero “Ruthless” Duno (22W-2L-0D, 17KOs) and super featherweight John Vincent “Mulawin” Moralde (24W-4L-0D, 13KOs).
They will take the Etihad Airways on a connecting flight going to Abu Dhabi then to Chicago and finally to Miami.
“Mga 33 hours duration among flight unya 11 p.m. (About 33 hours the duration our flight that will leave at 11 p.m.)," said Moralde.
They are presently staying at Bonifacio Global City.
“Excited kay makabalik na pud sa US (Excited to be back in the US),” said Moralde.
“(I’m) trying to come back and rebuild my career,” said Moralde.
Gaballo, Plania and Duno are also excited to fight again because they have been resting for a while. They will rejoin Osmiri Fernandez, who acts as their manager and trainer in the US.
