PACQUIAO TRANSFERS CAMP TO GENSAN (PHOTOS)

Filipino boxing legend and Philippine senator Manny Pacquiao has transferred his training camp to his hometown in General Santos City beginning Thursday, Dec. 13, after the completion of his Senate duties in the capital.

Pacquiao will have a hectic schedule as he celebrates his 40th birthday anniversary on Monday, Dec. 17 and completes his final week of training in the Philippines next week before leaving for Los Angeles on Saturday, Dec. 22 where he is expected to continue training at Freddie Roach's Wildcard Gym in Hollywood.

Pacquiao will defend his WBA welterweight belt against Andrien Broner of the United States on January 19, 2019 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

During Thursday's training session, Pacquiao sparred two rounds with regular sparring partner George Kambosos Jr of Australia and three rounds with super lightweight Jheritz Chavez.
