Through an official correspondence from Top Rank?s General Counsel Harrison Whitman, the sole broadcast of the upcoming in-ring bout between People?s Champ Manny Pacquiao and Jessie Vargas has been formally established.
It states: ?This letter confirms that MP Promotions USA, the co‐promoter for the November 5, 2016 Pacquiao v. Vargas event, possesses the sole right to license the broadcast of the event in the territory of the Philippines.?
