NBA Finals -- Coach Kerr unfazed by Curry's Game 2 "slump"

CLEVELAND -- Shooters go on a streak. But sometimes. they go on a funk, too. That's just a fact of NBA life.

But for reigning MVP Steph Curry, having "bad" game couldn't have happened at the worst time --- Game 2 of the 2015 NBA Finals where he scored 19 points but missed 18 of 23 field goals, including 2-for-15 from 3-point range, a Finals record more most missed 3s in a single game..

Curry's lack of marksmanship led to Golden State's 95-93 overtime demise, tying the best-of-7 championship series at 1-1 and handing homecourt advantage to the Cleveland Cavaliers, who will host Game 3 on Tuesday night (Wednesday AM in Manila).

At Game 2's post-game press conference, Curry said the poor shooting performance won't "stop" him from shooting and that the debacle didn't alter his belief that the Warriors remain confident of bringing the championship.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr isn't worried of his star player's Game 2 sub-par production. "He's fine. Shots come and go."

In a high-rated NBA Finals, Cleveland is hoping to end the city's 51-year drought for a major league sports championship. The Warriors meanwhile is trying to win its first championship since 1975.
