Chaengwattana, Thailand -- Pramansak Phosawan (C) tipped the scales at 124 lbs during the pre-weighin for his WBO junior bantamweight title fight against Jose Lopez of Puerto Rico scheduled on February 7 in Puerto Rico. Supervising the weighin held at WBO's Chaengwattana office in Thailand are WBO Asia-Pacific Vice-President Leon Panoncillo (R) and Sawaeng Thaweekoon (2nd from left).
