Marlon Tiña and Jennah Frias to banner Atty. Rudy Rivera Year-Ender Chess Tournament

MANILA---Marlon Tiña and Jennah Frias will spearhead a strong cast clashing in the Atty. Rodolfo Enrique" Rudy" Rivera Chess Championship set Dec. 30, 2023 at the Horacio Dela Costa 2 Chess Club in Caloocan City.
Tiña and Frias loom as the players to beat in the tournament hosted by Bayanihan Chess Club legal counsel Atty. Rodolfo Enrique" Rudy" Rivera owing their super performance in the past.
Tiña and Frias teamed up to win the Horacio Dela Costa Chess Club "dalawahan team tournament last December 16.
Others vying in the event are Andry Gatchalian, Onie Bustonera,Arnel Espiritu and Rodgie San Luis.
"Big prizes and giveaways await the winners.We do this to promote chess at the grass roots level to coincide with the celebration of New Year," said Atty. Rivera, a noted executive chess champion, the pride of Quezon City and Caloocan City.-Marlon Bernardino-
