Online Chess Tournament on October 4

AFTER the successful staging of the Babin Smith Anniversary Cup International Online Chess Tournament last Monday (September 21, 2020), tournament director National Master Homer Cunanan will organize another online chess tournament dubbed as Haring Bastos Cup.
The 15 rounds Swiss System tourament, 3 minutes blitz time control format, backed up by AGM Angelito "Anji" Camer and Johnny Teves, gets underway on October 4, 2020 (Sunday) at lichess.org.
This one day chess affair is open to all chess players, free registration tournament. Among the early entries are 13-time Philippine Open champion GM Rogelio "Joey" Antonio Jr., IM Chito Garma, FM Jony Habla, NM Jeth Romy Morado, AGM Glenn Lemen, Ted Ian Montoyo, Alexis Emil Maribao, Yves Christian Fiel, Michael Metrio at Jhulo Goloran.-Marlon Bernardino-
