Ultimate Boxing Series to start June 2

DAVAO CITY ?The much-awaited Ultimate Boxing Series of the GerryPens Promotion will start on June 2 at the ESPN 5. Promoter Gerry Penalosa said that the ?Kamaong Pinoy? will have a flyweight and bantamweight division.
The flyweight division is composed of eight boxers namely Abril Jay Abne of Cebu, Christoval Furog, Ruben Dadivas and Ronel dela Cuz of Davao, Denmark Quibido, Ronel Sumalpong, Welben Montere and Joseph Bayubay of Manila.
The reserves are Ian Refuela and Rey Tagulaylay of Davao.
Pitted in the bantamweight division are Rimon Rama and Lenjun Retuerto of Cebu, Dave Barlas and Lienard Sarcon of Davao, Aljum Pelesion, Ken Jordan, John Mark Tihuk and Gary Tamayo of Manila. Manila?s Luis Evander Borje and Kevin Aseniero are the reserves. (Lito delos Reyes)
