The 28-year old Tabugon (21W-9L-1D, 11KO) defeated Alvin Bais by knockout in the 2nd round last Nov. 25, 2018 in Robinson?s Mall in Gensan.
Tabugon, however, lost to Andrew Moloney by TKO in the 4th round in Melbourne in the vacant OPBF Silver and vacant WBA Oceania super flyweight titles.
