NIGHT OF TKO?S IN JINAN

JINAN, CHINA - Major League Boxing returned to Jinan for another back to back weekend card at the Maida Energy Sports Center. There were nine bouts on tap Friday with boxers ranging from bantamweight to junior welterweight. There were seven fighters making their pro debut.
The first day of competitions was opened by Huerban Qiatahe stopping Wang Wangsheng in two rounds. Peng Yong took only thirty seconds to dispose of Mo Jinrong, An Wanchao used a right hook to the jaw to deck Wang Yu in round one and finished the job in round two. Shaierlanbeike sent Ling Huming through the ropes in round one prompting the stoppage, Chu Guoji knocked out An Chenyong with a body punch in round one.
For the fights that went the four round distance, Li Xingyu knocked down Yang Delong in round four and cruised to a unanimous verdict win, Wu Ju beat Lu Wenjie also by unanimous decision, Yang Zhongming got a unanimous nod over Wang Hao and Zheng Heng bloodied Yan Xingbin?s nose enroute to a unanimous decision victory.
There were only three regular bouts on the second day, with Zeng Yujie winning a hard fought unanimous decision win over Gao Yan and Jia Lingjie handily winning by unanimous verdict over Saierlan Muerzhabieke.
The best bout of the two day show was the supermiddleweight encounter between Saibathihali vs Jia Xibei. It was a fast paced free swinging brawl with Jia winning a split decision.
Major League Boxing, formerly known as the League of Fists, is a continuing pro boxing talent search by SECA and TOP RANK which started in 2015.The fights are officiated and sanctioned by the Professional Boxing Commission (PBC) of China.
