The hometown fighters and their Thai opponents breezed through the official weigh-in held today for the double WBC Asia title bouts set for September 10 at the Tupi Municipal Gym. Romero "Dynamite" Duno (10W-1L,9KO?s) and Maxsaisai Sithsaithong (Paiboon Lorkam - 16W-8L,5KO?s) of Thailand both weighed in at 129 lbs for their battle for the vacant WBC Asia Boxing council super featherweight title. For the vacant WBC Asia Boxing Council super bantamweight title, Reymart ?Assassin? Gaballo (14W-0L,12KO?s) and Thai Manot Comput a.k.a. Yodpichai Sithsaithong (12W-13L,6KO?s) stepped on the scales at an identical 119 lbs. The weigh-in was attended by Dr.Nasser Cruz who will supervise the bouts for WBC Asia. Also present was Jim Claude ?JC? Manangquil, chief executive officer of the Sanman Promotions in General Santos City and the officials of the Games and Amusements Board. For the undercard matches: Mike Plania(11-0,4KO?s) of the Sanman Gym ? 122 lbs vs. Jhon Rey de Asis(6W-1L- 1D,3KO?s) ? 122lbs ? 10 rounds John Vincent Moralde (16W-0,7KO?s) ? 127 lbs vs Hagibis Quinones(5-18,4KO?s) ? 130 lbs - 8rounds Engelbert Moralde ? 116 lbs vs Jun Eraham -116lbs - 6rds Jayson Mama ? 109 lbs vs Roger Salaton ? 108 lbs - 4rounds The card billed as ?Battle in Tupi? is presented by Sanman Promotions and will be held at the municipality of Tupi in South Cotabato.
