MORALDE AND SABALDE MAKE WEIGHT FOR BRAWL AT THE MALL: GLORY

GEN. SANTOS CITY ? Featherweight prospect John Vincent ?Mulawin? Moralde of the Sanman Boxing Gym puts his unbeaten record on the line when he clashes with Anthony ?Zorro? Sabalde of the Flores/Wakee Boxing Gym this Saturday February 13 at the Gaisano Mall Atrium.

They will battle for the World Boxing Federation (WBF) International featherweight title in the main event of the card billed as Brawl at the Mall: Glory. Both Moralde (14-0,7KO?s) and Sabalde (10-4,5KO?s) made the division limit of 126 lbs during the official weigh-in held Friday noon at the Gaisano Mall of Gensan.

There will be two bouts involving Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) titles.

Romero Duno (8W-0L-0D-7KO) of the Sanman Gym will face Jason Egera (21W-6L-0D-10KOs) of Negros Oriental for the vacant Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) super featherweight crown in the main supporting bout. Duno and Egera weighed in at an identical 128 lbs.

Both Moralde and Duno were both reported to be going for a knockout win in the weeks leading up to this fight card promoted by Sanman Promotions. But Sabalde has come prepared and brings with him his tough reputation.

Ronie Tanallon (L) and Rodel Tejares (R) will vie for the Philippine minimumweight title.

Ronie Tanallon (Sanman Gym) will clash with Rodel Tejares of the EB Stable of Bukidnon for the PBF minimumweight belt. Both stepped on the scales at 105 lbs.

The three main bouts are set for ten rounds. Present during the weigh-in were Sanman Promotions CEO Jim Claude Manangquil and CFO Dexter Tan.

Also set to appear on the undercards are - Reymart Gaballo of Sanman against Bryan Samson of Cebu (8 rds - both weighed 118 lbs.), Jayson Daming of Sanman vs. Sadam Barambangan (6 rds. Both weighed 108 lbs.); Robert Paradero of Sajulga Stable (104 lbs) vs. Jan-jan Santos of BQ Gym Gensan (102 lbs) - 6 rds. The event will be opened by Jayson Mama of Sanman vs. Ramil Padayhag - 4 rds.

The professional bouts start at 4PM. There will be amateur bouts
starting at 2PM.
