KONCZ WASN'T IMPRESSED WITH MISS PHILIPPINES

Miss Universe judge and eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao's longtime adviser Michael Koncz isn't known as an authority on beauty but even he wasn't too enamored with Miss Philippines Mary Jean Lastimosa at the Miss Universe Pageant in Miami, Florida last Monday, Manila Time.
Koncz told the Manila Standard/Viva Sports "I think the white gown Miss Philippines wore didn't look very nice."
He also told us, "I wasn't impressed with her" although she finished in the top ten. But he did remark that the quality of the contestants, their beauty and the way they walked and stuff showed it was a very difficult competition."
However, Koncz did say "I was very impressed with last year's Miss Philippines candidate" Arbiella "Ara" Arida a fashion model and TV personality who eventually finished third runner-up in the pageant last year.
He said it was "a very pleasant experience. Manny enjoyed judging and we enjoyed being in the crowd."
Koncz said they "didn't ask Manny who he voted for because they are very strict with the rules and we didn't want to put Manny on the spot so we didn't ask him who he voted for."
