HOUSE SPEAKER Jose de Venecia and Manila Mayor Lito Atienza had contrasting opinions following Manny Pacquiao’s split draw with Mexican Juan Manuel Marquez in their world featherweight title fight in Las Vegas Sunday.
“A draw with the world champion already represents a victory,” De Venecia said in a press statement, but Atienza questioned the judges’ decision, saying “Manny was obviously the best fighter.”
