?Obviously you?ve got to feel for Tyson who has been hit hard by this postponement after all the training he has put in??

Saturday?s rematch at the Phones 4 U Arena in Manchester, England, between Dereck Chisora and Tyson Fury has been postponed. Chisora fractured his left hand in his last sparring session preceding the fight for the vacant British heavyweight title and, more important, a chance to fight Wladimir Klitschko.
It?s the third fight in a row which Fury has been denied. The first two concerned injury-prone David Haye, but it was thought that Del Boy was made of sturdier stuff.
?I can?t tell you how disappointed I am to have to pull out of the fight against Fury,? said Chisora, ?but it is on the advice of my specialist that I have to do this. I?m sorry for the fans who will get to miss this great fight between me and Tyson this Saturday, but once my hand is healed and I?m given the all-clear to train and punch again, I?ll be working on the new date for the fight. I was in fantastic shape and had a great training camp, probably the best so far in my career, and was looking forward to getting revenge on Fury, but that will have wait. I?m sorry to have to pull out on Fury, as I know that he had been training hard and it was going to be a great fight between two top athletes and I hope we can get it on again soon.?
Fury has been uncharacteristically silent about the fight being scuttled. He?ll have something to say. He just hasn?t said it yet. He did, however, tweet an immediate response.
?Don?t even think of pulling out of this fight bitch. Don?t do a @mrdavidhaye & be a s**thouse ***t. You?ll be a laughing stock.?
But the cooler head of promoter Frank Warren prevailed, and he spoke for everyone when he remarked, ?Obviously you?ve got to feel for Tyson who, through no fault of his own, has been hit hard by this postponement after all the training he has put in.?
The show will go on, but it won?t be the same with Chisora and Fury. Hopefully Tyson will take it in his stride and not threaten to leave boxing for greener pastures, since what greener pastures could possibly exist for a bloke like Tyson Fury?

Fury ended his vow of silence, on Twitter of course, and it?s safe to say restraint isn?t his middle name.
?Dereck Chisora, David Haye,? tweeted Fury,? these two are the biggest pr*cks in boxing?.p*ssys. Always knew Dell was a sh*thouse. Disgrace to boxing. It hurts that you non-travelers can?t get a man to beat me. Gypsies rule boxing.?
Shannon the Cannon
When I first heard that Fury was determined to fight this weekend, with or without Chisora, the first name that popped into my admittedly fertile mind was that of Shannon Briggs. He?s made a lot of noise of late and this seemed like the perfect time to put his money where his mouth is.
Fight News caught up with Briggs, who put the kibosh on that proposition:
?I was asked if I had any interest in fighting Tyson Fury on just a few days? notice this Saturday. The answer is no. Why would I take a fight with Fury on that kind of notice? It?s not a world title fight. It would not have been anywhere near as lucrative as the fight with Chagaev. I would be fighting Fury in his country. He is young prime fighter who has been training hard for months for a fight. I mean it sounds like a real good deal?if you?re a part of Team Fury. Why would I put myself at that much of a disadvantage??
Because it?s the fastest way to Wladimir Klitschko. Tearing off your shirt and throwing a sneaker and tantrum hasn?t done it. Maybe defeating Fury, if you can defeat Fury, would be a step in the right direction.
?Fury is trying to get where I have already been,? continued Briggs, ?which is the heavyweight champion of the world. I?m not making this comeback to be someone?s stepping stone. So hopefully this message is clear to all to save time on reaching out to me for these kind of fights. I?m not doing this comeback for the money. If I was, I would be taking fights like this without a thought. I see older fighters taking any fights they can but fortunately I am not in that kind of desperate situation. I am 42 not 22 so the time for me is now.?
If that makes sense, there?s a bridge in Brooklyn I?d love to sell you.
