Manny Pacquiao arrived in Cebu late Friday night with trainer Buboy Fernandez, lawyer Jing Gacal and Solar Sports executive Rico Arce. It could not be determined if Pacquiao’s presence has got something to do with Saturday night’s big slugfest at the Cebu Sports Complex featuring Rey Bautista and Z Gorres. From the airport, Pacquiao was brought to the upscale Ching Palace restaurant. He later stayed at the Parklane Hotel with his party. If Pacquiao doesn’t show up at the fights, he will certainly be attending a bigtime derby later Saturday. Fernandez brought along Pacquiao’s training gear since Salud suggests that Pacquiao work out early in the afternoon. Pacquiao is set to face Jorge Solis of Mexico on April 14 in San Antonio, Texas.
