In yet another brilliant display of pure pugilistic prowess, Cuban phenom and top pound-for-pound fighter Guillermo Rigondeaux pitched a shutout over twelve one sided rounds against the usually awkward Joseph Agbeko at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City as seen live on HBO. The win retained Rigondeaux his WBA and WBO super bantamweight world titles. Rigondeaux was busy and accurate with a surgeon?s precision in just about every round. Agbeko tried his best to make things ugly but he just couldn?t find the Cuban with any of his shots. It was target practice for Rigondeaux who just cruised down the stretch to 120-108 scores on all three cards to move to a perfect 13-0 (8 KOs) as a professional.
