The World Boxing Association?s world ratings committee chairman Jose Oliver Gomez of Panama has been tasked to supervise this Sunday?s mammoth clash between Manny Pacquiao of the Philippines and Mexican icon Juan Manuel Marquez.
Gomez will also supervise the interesting undercard featuring top prospect Miguel Cotto against the tough-as-nails Lovemore N?dou.
