Professional boxer Robert (The Ghost) Guerrero was arrested for gun possession at Kennedy Airport Thursday morning, a law enforcement source told the Daily News.
Guerrero was collared as he was attempting to catch a flight to Las Vegas, where he is scheduled to fight the reigning WBC welterweight champ Floyd (Money) Mayweather Jr. on May 4, according to the source. The circumstances surrounding Guerrero?s arrest were not immediately clear.

Guerrero, who recently boasted that he would be the first fighter to beat Mayweather, was being held Thursday by Port Authority police at a station within the airport complex. Charges were pending, the source said.
