Concerning Donaire Vs. Mares, Arum makes it clear that Golden Boy has NOT sent a contract, rather a letter that proposed a fight for June 15th. Arum explained that they have an April 13th commitment with HBO. Arum said he offered Golden Boy a sum of money for the Mares Vs. Donaire fight, but they rejected it. Arum tells 8CN that Donaire’s next fight will be scheduled for April 13th either between Vic Darchinyan or Guillermo Rigondeaux
