Posted By reg on 21 November, 2006 I’m not happy with how Bob Arum is planning things for pacman. I don’t understand why bring pacman to macau if he has a very creamy economic goings in vegas.
If Pacman-valero should push through, it should be in vegas. It is potentially a big match, but only if valero can prove his worth in a few more bouts. Right now, he has nothing to offer to pacman, except his gueness certificate for KOing some bums.
This is saying that Valero should get his medicals cleared first in the US to make sure that his cranium is tightly glued. Otherwise, we could be seeing a real “domestic violence” here. Remember that valero was knockdown by Mosquera, a relatively soft puncher, in the third round of his last fight. This bring the serious question of whether he can take punches, not to say, that of “manila ice’s”.
Personally, this is my pick: Bring on barrera, maybe marquez, then guzman, then unify all 130 lbs titles (time for valero here), then move up to 135 to pick economically worthy opponents there, which should include the “baby bull”.
