Manila’s residents will get to watch the fight of Filipino boxing icon Manny “The Pacman” Pacquiao and Mexico’s Erik “El Terrible” Morales without commercial interruptions on Sunday.
“Pacquiao vs. Morales III: The Grand Finale,” will be broadcast live from the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday night (Sunday morning in Manila) and beamed via satellite on Philippine television.
The Manila Sports Council, through its chairman, Arnold Atienza, however, said MASCO will put up three large-screen sets at the San Andres Sports Complex and Civic Center, Ninoy Aquino Stadium and Rizal Coliseum so the city’s residents can watch the fight commercial-free.
Atienza said the showing will start at 8 a.m.
He said the free showing was sponsored by the city council for Manila’s community officials and volunteers.
The live feed will be made available through the facilities of Solar All Access. With report from PNA
