Apart from media representatives from the Philippines, Mexico and the US, these are only a few big time media outlets that have applied for accreditation for Saturday night?s big event at the Thomas and Mack Center.
Steve Flynn, president of SFEPR, the firm tapped by Top Rank to handle the issuance of credentials not only to the media but other individuals connected with the promotion for Pacquiao-Morales 3, told the Bulletin that the response was overwhelming that “I have to tell you that we have the largest number of credentials issued for any fight in our history of Thomas and Mack Center.”
Flynn noted that “the number of credentials just for media is well over 400.” Aside from the Las Vegas Review-Journal and the Las Vegas Sun, also applying for credentials were Los Angeles Daily News, Long Beach PressTelegram, Arizona Republic, Orange County Register and ESPN.com, said Flynn.
“We will be filling the lower bowl allotment for our press seating and for the first time ever at Thomas and Mack, we even are having to seat press in the upper deck of the arena, something we have never done before.”
