Roy Jones Jr talks about recent rumors of a fight between himself and Kimbo Slice. He tells 8CN that talks went on, but he himself never spoke with Kimbo Slice. Roy tells 8CN that if Kimbo’s people can make it a big event, he would listen but that’s as far as it’s gotten.
Roy’s priority right now is a shot at the current WBC cruiserweight champion Krzystof Wlodarczyk. Roy tells 8CN that if that fight doesn’t come to fruition, he would more than likely be ready to hang up the gloves and pursue a career in broadcasting.
Roy also tells 8CN that he may pursue another Hip Hop CD. This is something that he really enjoys doing outside of boxing. Roy also breaks down the big upcoming Manny Pacquiao Vs. Juan Manuel Marquez fight. He applauded Manny for taking such a dangerous opponent. He also talks Mayweather, and what may lay ahead for the “Money Team” in the future.
