The new Ring Magazine, WBA, WBC Super lightweight world champion Danny Garcia silenced a lot of people by absolutely thrashing Amir Khan tonight on HBO. Garcia threw a left hook that floored Khan the 1st time, then immediately the fight turned into a slug fest. In round 4 Garcia landed another left hook that blasted Khan on the top of the head, and sent him down again.
Khan showed heart by trying to fight back, but Garcia would not be denied. He would send Khan to the floor again which prompted referee Kenny Bayless to call a halt to the action.
