GENERAL SANTOS CITY — It’s a baby girl for Filipino boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao.
Jinky, Pacquiao’s wife, delivered a healthy baby girl through normal procedure at around 4:31 p.m. on Sunday at the General Santos Doctor’s Hospital.
This is the third child and the first girl for the Pacquiao couple. The baby measured 71 centimeters and weighed 7.4 pounds.
Pacquiao told reporters here before flying to Manila last month, that the baby girl will be christened Mary Divine Grace.
This, he said, is his own way of thanking God for all the blessings that came his way.
Pacquiao is currently in the US preparing for his rubber match against Mexican Erik Morales on November 18 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
