Fighters gear up for huge night in Las Vegas
Timothy Bradley looked ready to jump all over Manny Pacquiao at a tense weigh-in tonight as the American WBO welterweight title challenger faced the relaxed champion on stage at the MGM Grand Garden.
The 28 year-old, who looked ripped as always as he weighed in 146lbs, was in the zone from the moment he entered the arena and looked confident and borderline nervous as he attempted to set his upset plan in motion against the formidable Filipino, who scaled 147lbs for the first time in his career.
Pacquiao, 33, looked disinterested as Bradley attempted to rile him at the stare down and just smiled at the challenger, along with the adoring crowd as he made his way to the side of the stage, where he spoke to HBO?s Max Kellerman.
?I am happy,? said Pacquiao when asked by Kellerman ?why he smiled.? ?God is with me. We will see what happens tomorrow night.?
Bradley then came forward for a short interview with HBO, looking as intense as on stage as Pacquiao fans bated him and stated: ?I am ready for war. No matter getting booed, I have been here before.
“None of these people are gonna be in the ring with Pacquiao. It?s just gonna be me and him. Bring it on, the more the merrier.
?They know I am hungry, look at my physique. I belong at this level,? he added.
