You could see the fire in Timothy Bradley?s eyes at the news conference Wednesday at the Hollywood Theatre in the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.
You could sense how badly he wants to get into the ring with Manny Pacquiao when he said, ?Training camp was hell.?
Bradley glared at the Filipino superstar as they posed nose-for-nose for pictures, while Pacquiao seemed just bemused. Their reactions fit the conventional wisdom that Bradley is taking this fight more seriously than Pacquiao.
Bradley would probably love to jump in the ring tonight, but he will have to wait more than 72 hours. There won?t be many theatrics Thursday, but the intensity should ratchet up Friday at the weigh-in as fans start to arrive.
But the buzz has begun. ESPN showed clips of Pacquiao and Bradley at the news conference on SportsCenter.
If Bradley shocks the world Saturday like he says will, he will get much more air time.
