Pacquiao Sure To Beat Bradley

BAGUIO CITY, Philippines ? All it took for Manny Pacquiao to figure out Tim Bradley is one fight.

Speaking to reporters in his suite after a morning workout yesterday, Pacquiao said he already knows what to do when he meets Bradley in the ring on June 9 in Las Vegas.

Pressed which fight that was, Pacquiao said: ?The one when he fought in my undercard.?

As he was getting warmed up in his dressing room for Juan Manuel Marquez last November, Pacquiao saw Bradley stop Joel Casamayor.

And Pacquiao doesn?t seem to be interested in watching some more as he enters the third week of his high-altitude training.

?One fight is okay,? said Pacquiao, smiling.

Despite his many roles as a boxer, lawmaker, gameshow host and even an evangelist, Pacquiao believes he is still not spreading himself too thin.

?When I am training, I am focused and I am not affected by my other duties.?

In the past, Pacquiao?s daily routine was even more demanding as he played full-court basketball after a strenuous day at the gym.

Playing the game of hoops is no longer a part of his schedule as he now devotes his free time holding Bible reading sessions almost every night.

?That?s even more relaxing and fulfilling compared to playing basketball,? said Pacquiao.

Trainer Freddie Roach said he feels that the leg cramps that bothered Pacquiao could be due to his playing basketball in the weeks leading to a fight.

?I am happy that he no longer plays because I think that has got something to do with the cramps.?

During his third sparring session Tuesday, Pacquiao was pushed hard by the massive Ruslan Provodnikov, who appeared to really try to hurt Pacquiao.

The tenacity of his Russian sparmate impressed Pacquiao.

?He?s good and he fights like Bradley.?
