At the moment, stable mates Manny Pacquiao and Amir Khan can both be found in Baguio City in the Philippines as they prepare for their respective fights on the near horizon.
On May 19th, Khan will again engage in battle with IBF/WBA junior welterweight champion Lamont Peterson at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. This past December, Peterson upset Khan to snatch his belts in an entertaining firefight and Amir is hell-bent on getting revenge.
Three weeks later and Pacquiao will be defending his WBO welterweight strap against junior welterweight champion Timothy Bradley inside of the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally from General Santos City, Philippines, Pacquiao has made it a custom to open up his camps in Baguio before venturing to Los Angeles for the final weeks to put the finishing touches on his preparation.
