THE WINNER of the Manny Pacquiao-Marco Antonio Barrera fight on Nov. 15 at the Alamodome in San Antonio will challenge the World Boxing Council featherweight champion who will succeed Erik Morales on Oct. 12 in Manchester, England.
Clashing Thursday for the WBC title, which was given up by Morales with his decision to move up to the superfeatherweight division, are No. 1-ranked Chi Inji of South Korea and No. 2 Michael Brodie of Britain.
