Earlier today inside of the Top Rank Gym in Las Vegas, Nevada, five of the participants to this Saturday night?s show at the Mandalay Bay could be found playing host to the media ahead of their respective clashes.

In the evening?s co-main event, former lightweight champion Brandon ?Bam Bam? Rios (29-0-1, 22 KO?s) faces off with Cuba?s Richard Abril (17-2-1, 8 KO?s), who he has gotten into two scuffles with over the past month.

On the undercard, Denver, Colorado?s Mike Alvarado (32-0, 23 KO?s) meets up with once-beaten Mauricio Herrera (18-1, 7 KO?s) in an appealing junior welterweight bout while undefeated lightweight contender Mercito ?No Mercy? Gesta (24-0-1, 12 KO?s) will be showcased in a bout that the Filipino hopes will lead to bigger opportunities.
