Being that Floyd has the strongest defense in the fight game as of today, coupled with speed he can play the game called catch me if you can. In that respect he’s a very hard catch. Kinda like chasing someone who has captured your eye and no matter what you do you can’t seem to capture their attention. I’ve seen Floyd dazzle fighters to distress with just defense and speed alone. He reminds me of some of Tupac’s lyrics, which way did he go. Ali use to dance around his opponents so strong they thought they were on television dancing with the stars.
There is an old saying, You got to catch me before you can hang me! No one thus far has been successful in their attempts to catch Floyd so how the hell are you going to hang him. Often times you hear people talking about knocking Floyd OUT! That’s all good and fine but it seems to me they need to be putting a plan of strategy together to catch him first. And from the looks of things no one has strategically figured that out. I personally don’t think Floyd is going to get knocked out. When Floyd retires it will be the result of Father Time not a knock out. That’s not to say he can’t be knocked out, it’s just to say he won’t be knocked out.
