The same way he is going to lose Multi-Millions if he doesn’t learn from his lesson from Saturday night. Bob Arum had a few chances to setup a Mega fight over 2 yrs ago to match up Juan Manuel Lopez vs Yuriorkis Gamboa. As always Bob Arum plays hard ball. He trys to hold out for more money. Guess what? It back fired.
He never expected for Orlando Salido to knockout Jaunma Lopez. Once Salido KO’d Lopez his heart must have dropped. He blew millions by not making the fight “EVERYONE” wanted to see. He could not use the excuse that nobody knows Gamboa because that is bullcrap. That’s a tired lame excuse they use all the time. Bob Arum has to salvage whatever millions he lost and tried to make the Orlando Salido rematch with Juanma Lopez. Once Lopez beats Salido in the rematch in his hometown of Puerto Rico, he was hoping he could nail the fight with Gamboa but it won’t be for the millions it was once hyped up to be, but atleast he would be able to make a couple million. Guess what Bob Arum, it back fired again. Orlando Salido just had his number again. Perhaps if Juanma knew defense, this would not have happened twice.
Fans are scared that the same thing is going to happen to Mayweather vs Pacquiao. Bob Arum keeps playing with FIRE. This time Multi of Millions is on the table and because you want to hold out for more money, this fight will lose steam if Mayweather or Pacquiao lose in their next fight. Arum will not show the public but he is very scared right now of a loss. He knows that the once hyped Mega Fight of the Century will be in jepordy. Of course he knows he could still a make a few million off of it, but it won’t be in the $100 Million range no more.
