MANILA, Philippines — Ilocos Sur Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson said his friend, boxing champ Manny Pacquiao, has invited him to attend Bible studies.
Singson said he has already attended several Bible studies with Pacquiao, including one last Friday.
In fact, Singson said Pacquiao wants him to attend Bible studies every day.
Meanwhile, the governor said he was paid P2 million to appear in an advertisement for a tequila brand.
A photo from the commercial shoot, showing Singson surrounded by sexy foreign women partying inside an airplane, recently made the rounds on the Internet.
Singson told ABS-CBN News that the photo was taken during the shoot for El Hombre Tequila and that it was deliberately leaked on the Internet so that people will talk about the liquor brand. — Report from Bryan Realgo, ABS-CBN News
