I’m just having a hard time with this whole Pacquiao is dumb topic. Pacquiao is dumb because Floyd says so? Mayweather recently once again inserted foot in mouth and basically called Manny stupid the other day. This based on one brief phone call between Floyd himself and Manny, a guy who’s English is OK at best.
Pacquiao may be overly nice to his fans, and he may spend a lot of money on both himself, and the people in his life, but stupid probably isn’t one of the things that I would call him. He’s made some human error in his past, but yea, the last time I checked the man is human just like the rest of us.
I’ll tell you one thing, just the mere fact that Manny rejected the garbage offer from Floyd for less than 50/50 money tells me that he can’t be that stupid. Pacquiao deserves 50/50 Vs. Floyd, I don’t care what anyone says.

Floyd Mayweather has done his share of nice things for people. He does feed the homeless in Vegas, and he recently cut a nice check for cancer research. He’s not 100 percent a bad guy at all, however, one of his biggest knocks is the fact that he can’t seem to get over himself. He skips through life burning 100 dollar bills, and gambles and acts like the world owes him something at times. Advertisement
Pacquiao is smart enough to not commit crimes, and he isn’t facing prison time, now is he?
At the end of the day, Pacquiao is not stupid. He is a Congressman, and he is one of the greatest fighters of all time. With no education to speak of, the man has risen from poverty to fame. Not too bad for a so called dummy.
