So now that the can has officially been kicked down the road another mile or so and Pacquiao Vs. Mayweather isn’t happening, we have two other fights to look at. Let’s take a look at the Manny Pacquiao Vs. Timothy Bradley fight first.
Two words…. head clash. Someone is going to get busted opened, and it will more than likely be from a head clash, not just from punches. Both of these guys, particularly Bradley come head first. Bradley is known for clashing heads with his opponents. Pacquiao does it too, but not nearly as bad as Bradley. Pacquiao likes to hop in and out, and if he’s not careful, he may hop right into the top of Bradley’s head.
Other than the probable head clash, this may end up being a pretty good fight. Manny Pacquiao has not looked quite as dominant in his previous two fights, but make no mistake about it, he is still an extremely dangerous fighter.
Pacquiao is still very fast and his punches still have very bad intentions. Bradley is a quick fighter as well and he has good movement. He’s tough as nails, and he will not be afraid to mix it up. When it’s all said and done, at the end of the day it should be Pacquiao with his arms raised after this fight. Advertisement

Onto the Cotto Vs. Mayweather fight. When I look at Miguel Cotto, I see a class act warrior who takes on all comers. Cotto is a throwback brawler with tons of heart. He had a very impressive rematch victory over Antonio Margarito. Cotto showed the world that perhaps when the first time the two men fought, there very well may have been something to the glove controversy. Margarito says nothing was wrong with his gloves, and others beg to differ. Only God knows for sure, so I will leave it at that.

With all of that said, Floyd Mayweather Jr will beat the brakes off of Cotto. Floyd is on a different level. He will pick Cotto apart with speed, and perfectly timed counter punches. Cotto will keep coming forward because his heart knows no other way to fight. This plays right into Floyd’s wheel-house. Floyd will let Cotto come forward and rip counter punches and ultimately, Cotto will be defeated, and perhaps knocked out.
Pacquiao wins in what will probably be a clear unanimous decision and Floyd should defeat Cotto soundly.
