Earlier today in San Antonio, Texas, #1 ranked Marco Antonio Rubio was spotted at the Jesse James Leija Gym as he put in some of his final training for his challenge of Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.’s WBC middleweight belt this Saturday night. Rubio faces Chavez Jr. on HBO’s airwaves inside of the nearby Alamodome.
While Rubio looks to be in great shape, Chavez surprised the masses in attendance by pulling a no-show at today’s open workout, leaving fans wondering about his whereabouts. Either way, their is business to settle on Saturday night.
