JINKEE Pacquiao is happy with the transformation of her husband, boxing legend Manny Pacquiao.
Manny, in her recent interview, said he decided to veer away from vices like alcohol and casino and chose to spend more time with family and hear the message of God.
Jinkee, interviewed over StarTalk TX Saturday, said her husband’s transformation is God’s answer to her prayers.
She said she fervently prayed that Manny would put his vices behind and allocate quality time for her and their kids.
“Hindi na siya umiinom. Bawal na yung ganyan… kahit wine ayaw na niya. si Manny ngayon is laging nasa bahay na, naglalaro sila (kids), mas madaming time sa mga bata.”
Manny’s popular status as a public figure has made him more appealing to women inside and outside of the showbiz industry but the boxer’s wife said she’s also praying for the women who wanted a piece of her husband.
She said her being a good wife to Manny has made him change his character for the better. She attested that the Filipino pound-for-pound king is really a better man now.
“Kaylangan mag-uumpisa sa akin kasi ako din ang laging kasama. Kailangang maging role model rin siya sa pamilya na dapat hindi magkahiwalay, kaya dapat magbago talaga,” she said.
